WE WIN BIG AT SYDNEY ROYAL

At the recent Sydney Royal Beer and Cider Show, we are stoked that our Speak Easy Black IPA won Champion Draught Beer and then trumped that, by taking out Best NSW Beer in Show!

A fantastic result, congratulations to Brewer Jarrod Boss, in seeing his original home brew progress to the dizzying heights of winning two Sydney Royal Trophies!!

WE WIN BIG AT CBMA 2022

“We really wanted to build a brand that captured the down to earth, the quirky, the artistic and the unexpected aspect that is at the heart of Surry Hills, but also sums up the team’s brewing philosophy. We’re pretty happy with the result!”

 

In a nod to the past, the new identity was formed around the traditional oval shaped label that has adorned many iconic Australian beer brands over the years.

Boldinc then gave that a twist into becoming the ’S’ for Sydney with a subtle nod to the Harbour Bridge reflected in the water. Each beer is overlaid with their own Character.

Designed to capture the unique story, flavour and experience of each brew, brought to life by contemporary Australian artist Joshua Noom.

WE STRIKE GOLD AT 2021 CIDER AUSTRALIA AWARDS!

Australian Cider Awards Gold Sydney Brewery

Sydney Cider won its first ever Gold Medal at Cider Australia Awards announced last night.

And with 94 points, was the second highest score of the show. This adds to Sydney Cider’s

Impressive medals tally across local and international competitions over the past 8 years.

 

Credible Bronze Medals for our 2021 Oaked Organic Cider and Cherry Perry also.

 

Well done to the Sydney Brewery team and congratulation to all the big winners on the night.
